Our approach aims to maximise the effectiveness of condition monitoring systems, from damage mechanism revew and risk-based identification of monitoring locations, to installation of systems and reporting.
Approach
- Damage mechanism review
- Identification of high risk areas based on damage mechanisms, plant operations and history, considering risk-based inspection principles
- Scope condition monitoring installation package: locations, sensor types, data collection frequency, level of automation of data collection, and reporting
- Install condition monitoring system(s)
- Set up screening fitness-for-service assessment procedures and reporting using data collected from condition monitoring system(s)
- Train plant Operations/Inspection staff and contractors in data collection and reporting.
